Arty Studio Refund Policy
Within 14 days of your first purchase you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed. This page summarizes section 6 of the End User License Agreement; if they conflict, the Agreement prevails.
14-day refund, no questions asked
Within 14 days of your first purchase (the first subscription payment or a lifetime license) you can ask for a full refund, no reason needed. The Licensor offers this refund voluntarily, beyond what the law requires.
Renewals are not refunded
Renewal payments for monthly and yearly subscriptions are not refunded. Cancel the subscription at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the app stays unlocked until then.
How to ask for a refund
Refunds are requested through our payment provider, which takes the payment as the seller (Merchant of Record): use the link in your order email, or write to us. The refund is paid back to your payment method. The license key of a refunded purchase is disabled.

The license key is delivered electronically right after payment. Under article 15/1-(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly; you confirm this at checkout. For consumers in the European Union, starting delivery of digital content with your express consent likewise ends the right of withdrawal.
The 14-day refund above applies regardless of this exception.
Defective software
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective software are unaffected.
