Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (your browser's local storage) used on every page of artydigital.com.tr, including the Arty Studio pages. It follows the Turkish Data Protection Authority's guide on cookies. Data controller: Artun Cingöz (ArtyDigital) · info@artydigital.com.tr. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a site. Local storage keeps a similar small record in your browser; we call both "cookies" here.

Strictly necessary

Needed for the site to work and to provide something you asked for; they don't depend on consent and can't be switched off (KVKK art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).

• lang (cookie, artydigital.com.tr, 1 year): remembers the language you picked and opens pages in it.
• cookieConsent (local storage, artydigital.com.tr, until you clear it): remembers your cookie choice so the banner doesn't come back every time.
• theme (local storage, artydigital.com.tr, until you clear it): remembers the light or dark theme.
• __cf_bm (cookie, Cloudflare, 30 minutes): set by Cloudflare when needed to protect the site from automated and malicious traffic.
• hCaptcha (contact and consultation forms): protects forms from spam; loaded only on pages with those forms and works under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

Loaded only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Without your consent the Google Analytics code is never added to the page.

• _ga and _ga_<id> (Google Analytics 4, Google LLC, 2 years): measure how often and how pages are visited, using a random id that tells visitors apart. This data is transferred to Google's servers in the USA, which may not ensure protection equivalent to Türkiye's.
• Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), and for the transfer abroad also your explicit consent (KVKK art. 9/6-a).

Cookieless measurement

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, adds a cookieless measurement script to pages (Cloudflare Web Analytics, static.cloudflareinsights.com). It writes no cookie or persistent id to your browser and only produces aggregate statistics such as page views and page load speed. See the Cloudflare transfer in the Personal Data Notice.

Advertising

We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies at the moment. If we start, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent separately.

Managing your choice

• Use the "Change cookie preferences" button on this page to reopen the banner and change your decision. After you withdraw consent, the analytics code stops running from the next page load; you can delete existing _ga cookies in your browser settings.
• You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may break things like the language preference.
• To switch off Google Analytics on every site, use Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
